RETURNS POLICY
If you’re having an issue with your Keepers gloves, we’d love to try and help you solve it.
Please contact us at gardenkeepers2021@outlook.com and let us know what the issue is, how and when it started, and what you’ve done to try to alleviate the issue. In the case of faults, please add in clear images of the fault. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with some solutions, or some information about how to return your gloves to us and begin a warranty claim.
Garden Keepers accepts product returns and provides a replacement or refund if you meet the following criteria:
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or,
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or,
• The product does not match its sample or description.
Change of mind returns are at our discretion, and we can only accept returns when they are in saleable condition. They must meet the following criteria:
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase; and,
• Your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it; and,
• Your item is in the original packaging; and,
• The product is being returned within 14 days of receipt.
If your return is approved, we will initiate either a replacement item or a refund to your original method of payment.
Note: Return shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer and are non-refundable.
